Hi, my name is Bhavna and I am a qualified Nutritionist and a graduate of Ballymaloe cookery school.  I provide workshops, team building days, culinary classes and personalised coaching sessions on gut health.

Why gut health? Since the world pandemic of 2020, there has been increased interest on building our immune systems and to minimise susceptibility to ill health. Gut health has been receiving attention in both the medical and culinary world and there is extensive research into the connection between the gut and overall mental, physical and emotional health. Whilst fermented foods and beverages have been around for centuries, their mighty powers to boost and support gut health are growing in realisation.  My family and I, have lived this food journey and I have witnessed it help so many of my clients.

I teach, support and empower my clients to connect with their bodies and rebalance their gut health which is vital to combat all kinds of illnesses and ailments. I love what I do because it combines everything I am passionate about: enjoying delicious, wholesome, nutritious food for optimal health & well-being.
